Game Time Maintenance provides subscription-based home maintenance services designed to proactively support the upkeep of residential and commercial properties. All homes or properties must undergo a physical evaluation before acceptance into a subscription plan. This is to ensure that there are no existing damages or conditions that would prevent our maintenance services from being effective. Game Time Maintenance does not cover the cost of pre-existing damage, structural deficiencies, or issues outside the scope of routine maintenance. Emergency repairs are only covered under certain subscription tiers and are limited in scope. This document is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding agreement. Final terms of service will be outlined in the signed service agreement provided after property evaluation. By participating in a subscription plan, the homeowner or property manager acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
